Fennel seeds are the most used spices to make Tarallanti. They give the dough a delicate flavours reminding of the old farmers working in the lands. They are the perfect appetiser to start a lunch or to eat during your work break with a salad. The best, of course, would be to serve them with a cold English Lager.
