Calzone with Onion and Cod !

The calzone is an Apulian food specialty that can be stuffed in different ways; this particular variant typical of the city of Molfetta, includes the use of fish in the recipe, the cod along with the nuptials, white onions of elongated shape typical of Puglia; the calzone with nuptials and cod is a typical alternative of the period of Lent in which the Christian tradition is no meat.

We produce it all year around and deliver it to your home in the format 1 kg or 300 gr, packed in a refrigerated environment, but it takes 10 minutes in the oven and is delicious, try it!
